At Corange Lab LLP, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, in specific circumstances, you may be eligible for a refund or cancellation.
1. Eligibility for Refund:
- A full refund is available if the developer has not yet started work on the project.
- Partial refunds are available if the developer has started but not completed a major portion of the agreed work.
- No refund is available once the work is completed or delivered.
2. Requesting a Refund:
To request a refund, please email refund@corangelab.com with your project ID and reason for refund.
3. Refund Timeline:
Once approved, refunds will be processed within **5–7 working days**. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
4. Cancellations:
Projects can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment. Later cancellations may involve partial deductions based on time spent.
